Mary E. Schmieder, DO, FACEP, is a diplomat of the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine, the American Board of Cosmetic and Aesthetic Medicine, and the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. She is a fellow of the American Society of Laser Medicine, as well as a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. She is proud to have earned her Bachelor’s degree at the “Big Five Basketball St. Joseph’s University” in Philadelphia, PA, which was recently visited by Pope Francis. “Dr. Mary” as her patients fondly call her, has special qualifications in acupuncture as well as being residency trained in Emergency Medicine at the University of Florida, Jacksonville campus. She is proudly a part of “The Gator Nation”. Dr. Mary also has her Masters of Science in Biochemistry at Drexel University in conjunction with the esteemed Wistar Cancer Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. Her field of research during this time was in the Study of Aging. When approached about the aging face, Dr. Mary replies, “I can see the beauty in every face and it reaches out to me like a canvas to an artist.” When asked about anti-aging, Dr. Mary replies, “I love to help preserve a masterpiece!”

Dr. George and Dr. Mary have traveled the globe learning the latest advancements in dermal fillers like Restalyne®, Radiesse®, and Juvederm® as well as neuromodulators like Botox®, Dysport®, and Xeomin®. She also offers the latest in Kybella®, Thermage®, skin tightening, Clear & Brilliant®, and skin resurfacing procedures. Dr. Mary also offers a new holistic skin care line. They feel so blessed to now have five children with the recent addition of their daughter-in-law, Kristy Jaeckel-Schmieder.
